the only thing republicans want is bozo out of office in 2012. and the dems are caving into them.

Take your pick - Bozo, Slick Mitt or the cowboy from TX. that's what we got coming

None of the above have a plan to get this country on track. Nor does anyone in power in DC for that matter.

maybe the mistake is looking to DC for a plan to get the country on track...maybe the solution isn't a plan in the form of a spending bill from DC...particularly one that will cost hundreds of billions more

I'm too Kenysian not too. I ain't spending anything unless I feel my future, at least some of it, has security. Without consumer confidence and spending the economy of the country isn't running above a low idle.
So what entity should replace the lost dollars not circulating in the economy making the engine run close to full throttle?

I don't see it coming from anywhere, innovation isn't going to change this overnight, there is only one place, and now that place has taken it's money off the table.
