Jim,
I've worked with guys like Trump
Identify a problem
Blow it up as much as possible and tell everyone you have a problem.
Piss everyone off
The problem gets solved, they always do
Run around telling everyone they solved the problem and they should be praised
Other guys would just solve the problem in cooperation with the others involved.
Then I solicit pricing from the subs or suppliers involved and they say who's the PM, if it's him I don't want anything to do with it or I'm adding.
Not the way to manage effectively longterm, but it is certainly Baby Donny Bonespurs method

True. Many politicians, especially presidents, like to take credit for the sunrise. Trump isn't unique in that regard. |
