marine mechanic/electronics guy

I am trying to find a reliable mechanic/electronics guy for my boat. Last two don't return texts or phone calls, Last one has $2100.00 of my money for downpayment and parts I bought that he has. I can't stand having no communication and now thinking of having him arrested for theft and puttind a lein on his house! Hopefully one of you guys know of someone honest and professional. C&L in Warwick has a decent rep
