Fischercat again?

Two years ago I saw a Fischercat take off from my yard at dusk leaving a baby
rabbit with just one bite taken out of it's mid section. This morning at 6:00
I saw a squirrel laying in my driveway with just it's guts cleaned out. Figure
it must be the fischer again as the squirrel wasn't there last night and I know
they hunt at night.
Anybody know if all they eat is the guts?

ya know when ya ring out a dish rag in your hands
and you twist it real tight to get all the water out

i found a red squirrel skin and head like that laying
in the back yard.... strangest sight i've seen in awhile

i'm thinking that several fisher babies were having a rolling
tug- a -war with that one until the guts squished out
although the head was still in tact , it was only skin left.

Yup Rav, just like the squrriel ,looked flat as a pancake. It was hard to bury
him as he kept flopping off the shovel. The rabbit was just like a perfect
bite in the middle.
He must be back again, hope he stays to finish off the rest of the squirrels
and maybe a couple of catbirds too.

There's a pair that lives on a freshwater pond I fish. Always walking the edge of the pond looking at me.

Every year they absolutely destroy a swan. This year they got one and dragged down this bank, only ate the insides at first, then seemed to eat the rest. They got the other one about a month later.

Look up sounds of a fishercat, it's blood curdling!

12:08 Am....ready to crash but i'm watchin the set up
out back knowing something new has been around....
i see a head peer out from behind a barrel and i'm thinking Racoon
but i wasn't seeing a dark mask....then it steps out ever so carefully
and it's a Bobcat hunting in stealth mode....silent running
kinda skinny but the body kept on coming
and i thought...if thats a bob cat it'll have a stub tail
and sure enough it did... so, i grab the camera but it vanished before
i could snap a photo. Now it's a quest.

My cat who I've had since a kitten got killed by a coyote on my front lawn around 4:30 sunday morning
It ran when I came out of the house.
My cat was a big maine coon cat. Sad day for sure.

Angry that is real sad

Very sorry for your Loss

as far as Cats Go having a maine coon cat
is like no other.... (i know as i have one )

if i were you, i'd be out buying a big bag of dog food
to start feeding that coyote on a daily(nightly ) basis that it makes
it that much easier to shoot it later...(like it was your dog)

one thing i suggest is to go to home depot and buy a single bulb
decorative light fixture that has a push in the ground stake
then buy one hundred watt red bulb .... or if you have flood lights
unscrew them all a bit except for the red decor light

foxes and coyotes don't mind it... at all
and it allows you to see them.... when needed@ 4:00 am
in the cross hairs of your scope
make it a head shot and you need 1500 feet per second
to get the job done.....and some hollow point pellets too

be the sniper.....one shot - one kill. Take your time.
