And anyone that thinks that a CITES listing won't effect them because they fish in the angling category is incredibly naive.
 
There is no way on God's good earth that anyone will be allowed to target an "endangered or threatened" species for sport in this country.

and what difference does it make if I am not a comm or charter captain? If they get placed on that list and we can't fish for them, everyone loses except the other countries like Japan who will still kill them
