My Daughter broke up with her boy friend, and her best friend broke up with her boy friend, now for the last week or so someone has been banging on windows and ringing the door bell and driving off, well now I will be waiting in the woods next to my yard and I am going to throw someone a beating.

TTB, been there and know how it feels with some of these punks. Used to be ya could man handle them, but imho and hexp let the police handle it. These punks now a days think nothin of turnin the tables on ya and press charges as well as a civil suite that could take your house.
Too much good fishin ahead of ya to have it ruined by xtra problems.
Just my 2 cents.

that would be a mistake...because there is no property damage, just harrassment. AND armed with a digital camera you can get your evidence first so you can get a restraining order which the person will most surely violate and get into deeper trouble than they ever wanted.

never assault anyone! especially kicking them with your shoes (boots) on your feet. shoden feet are weapons just like a baseball bat ........in a court of law.
....i stand there and do superman quick- like head scratches to let them know how lightning fast my hands are.

then i stand close enough so they either have to swing by stepping backwards....where ->they are now off balance...for easy cow tipping.

you know like in baseball ........when your yelling at the umpire.

breathe very loudly! almost hyper ventilating to oxygenate all your muscle tissue| in thru the nose -out thru the mouth| like a bull in a mexican bullfight arena. Let them strike at you first... please.

then you have the RIGHT to defend yourself. okie dokie
when you take off your shoes....it's like when Clint Eastwood spits tabacky juice first (as Josey wales) before he draws his six guns.... ya get me.

Well my wife and I are just sitting here talking about it and we are just going to get pictures and try to get the plate #. for now we called the police last night but I don't think anything came from it. I would really like to beat one of them but it will not happen any time soon unless they strike first.

and or you can do the sticky hands martial arts technique where you get ahold of them and NEVER let go, pull their shirt over their head
and let them know what you know....(gives ya time to talk) like their address, their name ,the parents names too

go have a talk with them.... and let "them" police their kid...

theres a sign in my doctors office that says...
if it isnt documented
it never happened....

so that picture ............is worth its weight in gold.

Remember Bob you have the right to use "the force necessary that any prudent an ordinary citizen would use to subdue someone", that is in case you decided grab him and hold him for the police.

When he jumps out of his car I bet he leaves it running. When he is banging on your windows take his car keys and walk away. Then call the cops. He'll be there when the cops get there whether he wants to be or not.

I think there is 2 or 3 of them and other than getting a picture I don't want to confront them. The key thing is one to think of though. plate number and picture. A trip wire or a bear trap would work to, I do have some old braid laying around

Get a deer camera. They only cost about $50. Takes a picture whenever someone or something crosses with in 20-30 yards of it.

Bob in your town the police have to act, especially if you have already filed a report. Best to grab the keys if possible, but my guess is that if there are two of them they are keeping one in the car for a quick getaway. If you restrain one guy be sure not to harm the bum, but call 911 and report mishievious mischief and tell them you have the culprit and want an arrest. You will HAVE to press charges even if you know the person.
Keep in mind your daughter may still have fellings for the bum.

After your sure of who it is stick a dead fish under his driver's seat in the car he drives if it is his and not his parents. After a day or two in the hot weather, oh boy.

Another thing is other than grabbing the keys if he leaves the car running, just sit in it until he gets back. I doubt he would try and drag you out of it.

Go talk to his old man, tell him what kind of a jerk he spawned.....

if you have two trees across from each other , string some braid across them around chest high . they wont do that again !

I would tell the cops they are stalking your daughter , that may bring more attention to the situation .

Don't do that, you may take the punks head off, not that that's a bad thing but you'll get in some sh!t for it. When I had problems like that with my daughter, I just grabbed the punks by the shirt real tight and pull his face close to yours and yell "If you F with me punk, I got a shovel with your name on it! No one will ever find you." worked for me. Make sure your drooling and spitting in his face as you yell at him..More intimidating. Good luck Bob.

I just glued a thumb tack to the door bell, Nothing happened last night but I was waiting for them until I lost intrest and fell asleep on the couch. I think I will have a talk with the cops, the other thing I was thinking is maybe they will get bored and it will just stop?
