Not for nothing, but this would have been an interesting scandal if it had hit under a Romney administration...

Unfortunately for you and Spence, these 3 scandals didn't happen under a Romney administration. They happened under the administration of man who promised to unify, and who promised an end to politics as usual.
There is no evidence that Obama ordered the IRS to target the Tea Party. But unfortunately for Obama, the buck stops with him. Similarly, Bush didn't order FEMA to drag their feet in responding to Hurricane Katrina. But Bush received, and deserved, a lot of harsh criticism for that. But we aren't supposed to criticize our Dear Leader, for fear that we get called a racist, and as it now turns out, for fear of being targeted by the IRS.
Obama didn't personally kill Bin Laden either, but he sure likes to thump his chest over that accomplishment. If he's going to take personal credit for every single good thing that happens during his term, then he also owns responsibility for the things that go wrong. You cannot have it both ways.

Different situations. Bush personally appointed Michael Brown lead FEMA who we later learned had a very poor resume for the position.
There will be case studies on crisis management written over the Obama term.

"Different situations. Bush personally appointed Michael Brown lead FEMA"
And who, pray tell, appointed a tax dodger to be the current Secretary Of Treasury, overseeing the IRS?
"There will be case studies on crisis management written over the Obama term."
Oh, I agree! And the conclusion of those studies will be "this is what happens, when we elect an intolerant, race-baiting infanticide supporter who had less than 1 term in the US Senate, during which time he did nothing of note except to compose a personal memoir. A man whose wife, political mentor, and spiritual mentor clearly despise most of what the country stands for"
The most dangerous, predictable, avoidable crisis facing our generation, as well as the next, is the funding deficit for Medicare. Your hero has been at the helm for almost 5 years, and he has done precisely nothing to head that off...except, of course, to attack Paul Ryan for offering a possible solution.
That's crisis management, baby! Kick the can down the road so as not to lose votes, and attack the other guy who is brave enough to say what is unpopular, yet necessary.

No, no, Spence is right. There will be case studies of Obama's crisis management and decision making. And they will all be titled "how in God's name did he mess things up so terribly". They'll be case studies in what not to do.

IMHO it would be the same.
Common sense says the administration would be either being dishonest,
or not doing their job.
Best thing about having Romney in, would be there would be no Obamacare.
