U R only a number when it comes to the military....U can be replaced...other then the hearings U do not hear much about it...people have given up wanting to know the truth of Benghazi....people R more interested in "American Idol, Under Cover Boss etc:."

Some want the President impeached...it will never happen.

So true FR, but mainly because the mainstream press isn't covering it.
However, there is at least a crack in the door, and more of Congress
want answers, including Rep Cummings (D)who wants more hearings
including having Pickering and Mullen testify.
Many Politicians depend on a lighting speed news cycle which changes and throws so much at you the public soon forgets. Example, Weiner (D) from NY, had to resign from his post maybe a year ago because of his atrocious behavior and yet now he is throwing his hat in the NY Mayor race.

The people don't seem to want to know because they have become conditioned to not ask questions.
What's the saying "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and ignorance is bliss!"
The government wants to keep us ignorant so we don't ask questions.

The people tend to forget because they largely can't keep their attention on any one subject long enough to learn what is going on, unless it's American (idiot)Idol, or the voice, or DWTS or any other of the numerous brain draining shows that we are force fed on national tv.

I find it more and more frustrating that there is less and less intelligent tv on, and what is on isn't worth even considering.

Then when a truly news-worthy event comes around, people can't be bothered to listen or learn because they HAVE to catch their latest shows. Then when they do turn to their "news" stations, the stories are covered like a hollywood movie premier.....ALL stars but no substance!
