few comments

Looks good. Few things to remember-

Less is more when it comes to tail hooks. These materials create drag, and too much can really alter the action of a plug. When I tie tail hooks I use about a quarter of the material you have there.

I assume you're using pretty heavy thread? 3/0 or so? When you tie in your bucktail, make the first couple wraps about 1/8" behind the eye. Then give it two or three STRONG wraps to lock it down. Then grab the butt sections and pull them vertical (perpendicular to the hook shank) and trim with your scissors parallel to the hook shank. What that will do is create an angle to the cut ends. When you form your head, it will be neatly tapered and only about 1/8" or so. A much cleaner end result.
