| 45 minutes (what felt like 6 hours). I could have buttoned up  the fish in 20 if I had someone with me to drive.  First 10 minutes I spent trying to get the fish out of my anchor line.  After another 5 minutes of trying to untangle my other line from the fish, I decided to cut the other line. I wouldn't have had those challenges with another person on-board. 
 I caught a bunch of 60"-65" fish this summer and I knew this one was bigger. I thought for sure the fish was 80". Stuck him and got it on the deck and did a holy sh1t that was close.
 
 I also didn't put a ton of drag on him by myself.
