I'll throw in a copy of "Surfcasting Around the Block" for the largest bass caught and released on a needlefish plug.

Dave, let me know how I can help.
Maybe fashion it after the C&R tourney the Edge did earlier this year? My only problem with that one was the need to go to Newport to get your "official slip" the day before the tournament. What if we could email the form to all participants the day before? They can then print it out and include that in the photograph to be provided for "proof of catch".
