The plugs were in limbo as the Sail Loft was sold the year after and the new owner assumed they belonged to him as he opened the Melville Grille which it is called today. A retired Marine, he was happy to give me the plugs as he wanted to use the display case for menus
I have the plugs photographed and sorted into 6 or 7 lots.
Given the amount of enthusiasm for GregW's auctions to benefit the Home Base Program, I'm going to make an executive decision and change the beneficiary to the Home Base Program through GregW's page and auction the plugs here to kick off the 2012 fishing season. If anyone has an issue with this please let me know, but my assumption is people just want to get it done and we all agree this is a great charity. I think we can generate similar revenue as if they were listed on Ebay which was my initial route.
As a personal penalty for the delay, I will pay for shipping within the US if people don't want to meet locally for pickup.
And if you are reading this and don't have a clue what I'm talking about, move along...there's nothing to see here
More to follow, I'm going to get them measured, weighed and bagged this weekend.
thanks,
-spence

I always wondered what happened. Never questioned your honesty as I know you too well. I have no problem with whatever you decide for the plugs but GregW is doing some great stuff for a most worthy cause so go for it.

I was married in an Armani coat from Marshalls...they don't get that stuff much any more.
Should be good and there are some very desirable plugs in the bunch.
Looks like it will happen sooner than later...stay tuned.
