Don't give up the booze. You can still drink miller lite and Michelob ultra. Good summer beers. Plus you have red wine for the winter months. You can still get trashed and stay fit.

I cant stop drinking. Thats my problem. But i have been drinking miller lites. The ultras are to much like water. Bud selects arent bad either. When I go out, its bacardi and diet cokes. |

That's what I was drinking before I put down the booze. More sugar and calories in a bacardi and diet than you'd think though...
