WTS: Lamiglas S-glass blank
Up-front disclosure---this is a Lamiglas "blem".
SSB 136 3M S-glass blank. The "blem" is supposedly cosmetic only. Full length blank. Will sell for what I paid for it---$50. Pick-up only. This is an 11-1/2' rod and will cost 3x what it's worth to ship.

mike do you think it would hurt the action of that blank if it were cut to 10 ft? if not iam interested.

That's fine. I'll be away on Saturday, though. Going down to LI for the Bruins' game. Sunday in the afternoon will work---or I can leave it at M&Ds and you can pick it up anytime that Mike's open. |

I think that Mike is open 6 days a week now. Closed on Mondays. I'll check with him on Friday, but I don't think it'll be a problem. |

Good luck with it. I bought two blems at the same time, and had the other one built, and it's held up. I checked the blank and flexed it against the ceiling a few times. I didn't see any obvious structural defects. I forget the name of the place that used to sell these blems at half the cost, or less than half, of a "first" Lami blank.
