the plan was to do some work on the bathroom but after getting cortisone shot in the elbow yesterday that is not happening.
Chill and edit some videos

Zeno, tennis or golfers elbow? Just got a shot about 3 weeks ago for tennis elbow. Rest it the ten days like the doc says, and you'll be as good as knew. Needles don't usually bother me, but that shot in your forearm smarts! Heal soon, you'll need that arm for fish in a wee over a month now.

I am going in for my second one very soon. Can't not be able to fish the spook in spring. After a week it will feel much better. . I try like hell to ignore the pain but eventually it wins. Mine wore off after a year but I could not believe how good it felt a week or 2 later. Like new. Good luck
I'm cutting ,dragging, and burning brush, wish I was working on plugs but I got lots of work ahead of me this year. Going to be a long year. |

I have real bad shoulder pain and I use a magnet copper bracelet that takes all the pain away you guys should try it out, I just got a new one last week at MagnetJewelryStore.com |
