I have a 101 lb thrust MinnKota I-Pilot on backorder. My current one (for sale) works fine, but this one has gps, so it will spot lock and hold you on a spot, track lock and repeat tracks and directional lock; which will free me up a bit to focus more on fishing and less on boat control.
If anyone is interested, new board in my current one last year, take $400; 36V, bow mount, hand controlled, RipTide saltwater series, 62 inch shaft.

Well, I found out the problem with having a boat house. You guys will maybe remember that I built a 1000 sq ft boat garage last year. I have spent at least 1 day a week in it working on the boat. Aside from painting the bottom I am ready to launch. I now have nothing to do for the next 9 weeks.

Recore hatches and put in latches along with putting in a seal.
Re-bed shaft strut
New cutlass bearing
Simrad NSE8 (mid season)

Leaning post cover
Re-plumb livewell
Varnish teak
Strip bottom, shoot with VC Performance
Just a couple things.

Install Garmin HD radar
Upgrade transducer
Install electric trumpet horns on hardtop
Install a larger compass
Install an electric head pump conversion kit (for the Admiral)
and then whatever else I find needs to be done after the shrinkwrap comes off (hopefully not much!)

Given the option, I'd certainly prefer the vacuflush, but it would mean I would need to re-plumb everything. The electric conversion is cheap, pretty simple to install on my existing head, and will be more convenient for the admiral....and considering the number of times it will be used, I hope to get a few years out of it. We'll see.
