I have a very strong smell of oil in my basement for a few days now. Hoping it doesn't mean replacement but the unit is 30 years old. I had it cleaned last year and service is coming next week to check it. Gas is not available on my street and I don't think there have been notable improvements in oil burners. Maybe 5/0 will know of some good options as far as brands go.
