 I have an extra and can bring it tomorrow morning if you want to have him try it.  I now use the custom wrapped one that Mike sold me and have factory as a backup.  Much different behavior.  Its a do everything stick, plenty of backbone.  You just have to get used to the "bounce". Much different than some of the more parabolic rods.

				 | Cant make it tomorrow, last football game of the year is in am. Strict rule, no fishing before football. He's still young and will adapt to the rod, he needs a new reel now....Ill take the rod Greg, the boy will love it.
