I have a 2006 suki w/ 1900 hours and runs new. Not even a hiccup. Maintenance is the key. Yami or suk great motors. Etec still up in the air for me

If I go for it / Im leaning towards the Yami ..But I d like to see them find a way to drop the weight a little .

But Chris , make sense / drive it til it blows or just about everything needs replacing .
What I don,t want is breaking down between may & Nov & taking a long ass time to get back up & running .

Currently there is a 23 Sea Hunt up on blocks at my Marina . He bent the shaft in a 225 Yami 4 stroke ......... its just sitting there with no lower unit waiting for it to come back .......... must be pushing a month ;;
F #$%^&*() that

ENJOY WHAT YOU HAVE !!!

Mike,
As Yamaha 4 strokes go the 150 has been their best one.
Can't go wrong with Yamaha, etec, or suzuki.
I would go with the best price & longest warranty.

LETS GO BRANDON

I love my 140 Suzuki 4, this is my 5th season, starts and runs like a charm and I've done nothing but the usual winterizing. Clammer if you want to fish and look, listen, I'd have to believe our hulls are close in weight, I might even be heavier with all the lead and 4 batteries.
