hmmmm.... How about the people who have jobs that are supposed to monitor govt spend just do their job or get FIRED.......I am sure there are some unemployed people who would be able to replace them,,,, Probably be better educated and qualified for the job too.
It's OK. Barney Frank knows whats wrong. Should be happy you elected him.
