Sometimes calipers don't handle being "repaired" well. Did you replace them with remans? Or just free them up with liberal amounts of lube? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't Just happens. I had a caliper sieze on my truck a few years ago. Had to replace.

The more frequently you go through brakes, the more opportunity to properly lube the sliders, the better you are on brakes, the more rare the lube.

honda calipers are the worst for seizing. Only sorta chronic problem I have come across with Hondas
