I called RIDEM last year from right in front of the Hurricane Barrier in the Prov River. Told them there was a pogy boat right up against the barrier s#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g up pogies. They said " No, that cannot be true as that's not legal. I said "NO S hit. Why the F#%%$#@ do you think I'm calling you???? No one from DEM ever showed up.  |

Last year in a honey hole I go to there were alot of people taking shorts, gill nets w called they dem showed up there days later aster w almost got into fist fights with these people.
