Done, voted NO. What a ridicules waste of time and effort this bill is!

I've seen commentary on other websites saying that this bill would "double the area of the restricted zone." This is simply not true. The current restriction is 500 feet around a house/dwelling. That is, the restriction is a 500 foot radius around that dwelling which creates a restricted area of 785,397.5 square feet.

If the restriction is increased to 1000 feet around that same house/dwelling, the restricted area becomes 3,141,590 square feet which is 4 times the area of a 500 foot restriction.

Talking to one of the GOAL lobbyist and my REP. The bill couldn't get a co-sponsor. As it stands, it will not move any further during this session.

It will appear again, always does. They must be doing some intense hunting in Revere for the state REP to keep introducing this Bill
