LoL He aught to be up here in Maine. I can't talk anyone into going out on the rocks up here at night with me. They;re afraid of the slippery weed and won,t wear korkers. Yet they always ask to go with me. I don't have all that many sandy beaches up here LOL

I agree John. We use to have "Flame Wars". Now we have a "Flamer" thread. (no offense meant to PB. It's just where the rest of these imbeciles took it)
I am putting the boat in the water in one month and I don't care how cold it is, how windy or how wet. I will sit in my slip and drink wine and smoke cigars if I have to. Basic Pat, you listening???

Paul Bunyan.....let me offer you some advice! Last season we had a kayak forum that was pretty darn quiet (early season) and a bunch of guys who had or were buying kayaks and more than likely looking for someone to go with? I know I was......so I started the "Scrambles" to get people from the site who had kayaks together to fish and kayak and to try new places and to help each other along! Most of all just to get together and have a great time! I think its been a huge success?! Maybe if you try the same thing....as others have said say "Hey I am going to fish Soco.....anyone heading out and want to get together?"......just reach out as you have when the season gets here and you will find someone to get out there with. If you have a kayak by any chance I invite you to join us!  Definitely attend one of the "Legs" though!!! |
