That is a huge and ugly fish!

Not that I care, but doesn't the story given sound a bit far fetched? I think that fish may have been dead when brought aboard the boat.

I agree. . . .Sounds fishy to me.
I can't picture anyone grabbing that thing by the gill, and pulling it in the boat, if it was still alive.

You would need full body armor, and not the modern stuff. You would need what the knights used to wear.
