Frozen water bottle,RR, roll between your arch and heel on the floor for 10-15min
3 or 4 times a day worked for me.

had a friend who was bothered with it for months.then his knees and other joints acted up.took awhile and found out he had lyme's disease.antibio's and he pretty much back.
