It can be tough getting back into a routine,I agree withTynan's great recommendation start off on low impact for a while and after a few weeks you'll feel much better, and if you want to kick it up a notch go for it.
I truly believe exorcising is a key component to staying younger and more active.

Mix it up by doing a different exercise everyday.
Running/walking Roaming- combo of both, biking, lifting etc. Takes 2 -3 weeks to
really start feeling the good effects. Ya gotta get through the wall.

Answer Is Fitness in N. Attleboro.
I feel the absolute worst when I've been on hiatus for a few months. The first two weeks back is absolutely terrible. I feel like crap, exhausted, need at least an extra hour of sleep, eat 1-2 more meals/day. Around the end of the 3rd week back, every workout feels like an energy charge - feel less stressed, sleep deeper (and less) and just overall happier.

I like the gym, the locker room and equipment a lot... but there are far too many Meatheads, infested with them. I switched to going to the gym around 8-9am and it's a whole lot nicer. Hardly anyone around and of the few people that are there, a bunch of them appear to be either trophy wives or college girls so no complaints from me.

Lot of Patriot wives go there. One day I was working out right next to Deion Branch while he was holding out. And also Rodney Harrison when he was rehabbing his knee.
