yes Frank but never seems to be a real problem. I think people sweat that a little too much. They are 2/0 on the white one but have not tried a 1/0 so that may fare better. I 'm going to do a few eelskin ones this winter.

I used 3/0 on a few pine jr conrads I made to slow the speed that the plug surfaced. They married so easily that they never did, and if they did they most likely unmarried on there own.

Might be worse if they can barely marry because then they surely wouldn't undue themselves.

Paul, you and George have been true treasures to casual plugbuilders such as myself. I can't express the gratitude I feel for you hard work and selfless generousity. The x-rays and schematics are the Rosetta Stones of our hobby. Thanks.
