I've only had to pull the boat once in 25 years for a hurricane. Turns out i was working in Lyndonville, VT at the time and had to get a couple of friends to pull it for me. But, my trailer is typically buried behind a couple cords of wood this time of year. I made it a point of completing the wood stacking earlier than normal and can get to the trailer. I wonder if it's still registered....?

72 hrs of fishing SoCo, not a felony in all 50 states.

My trailer is ready but I will be on the West Coast on business Thursday and Friday. I pulled last year or the year before because of a storm that never came.
Not pulling this year. I'll let the little girl ride it out. I am in a new marina this year way back in Warwick Cove. Very sheltered. Taking my chances this year.

Two trailers in the yard, both accessible. Both need new rollers! I'll wait and see; I'll pull the boat if Earl is predicted to visit upon the Watch Hill area.

I go through the trailer each season after I dump the boat in, as long as the tires have air ( new in 08) she's ready... last storm I pulled the boat for was Gloria... she rode out Bob... just fasten and extra line to the starboard cleat and one across the transome and let her ride.. unless the marina says otherwise...

A good run is better than a bad stand!

I will be watching and making my call Wednesday night. If it looks just close I will batten down and add extra lines and chafe protection. But it looks like we'll get a direct hit I will pull.

You will be fine in Boston. The guys on the south side better haul. We hauled our 35" for Bob at 11.30 in the morning. Came down to see the effects after the storm that night and everything was gone boats, gas house, docks and even the parking lot. Moved into Fairhaven Shipyard the next year.

Me too. Green Harbor is pretty protected.
Looking like you would not want to be on the canyons Friday night
