That's just going to hurt us further down the line. I agree that the regs should be more uniform up and down the coast, but I don't agree with a two fish bag. Like John says, it just opens the door for twice as many shorts to go home with dishonest people (I don't even want to classify them as anglers) We won't feel the effects until it's too late as in years pasteessed:
