Penetrol . Is that the additive you add to oil base paint to slow down the drying time?
no..it's to thin out any paint thats to thick to spray or to rid you of brush marks...makes paint flow on w/out destroying it...unlike thinning paint with reg. thinners.
I use zinsser BIN primer in the can. Cut with some denat'd alcohol to your thickness liking, dip and hang. Nice even coat every time. I think I usually do somewhere between 70-50% BIN and the rest alcohol.
