OTW has tried to do the right thing all along,they have my support.I think the three fish limit will be an improvement.I think the points handicap has improved.I think the tournament is fun and with the addition of the NY NJ teams the competition has picked up.They listen to the anglers concerns and make most of the necessary adjustments.

I'll still make my donation. I haven't won anything in the last 2 years I signed up but I know it gets me out a little more. So that's good enough for me.
