Before I would go up to Rockland or even Plymouth for that matter, I'd stay in Middleborough off 495.
I was hoping there was a decent spot down by the Canal. My wife and I stay at the place at the head of Flamouth Harbor a lot. Falmouth is further than Middleborough though.

I will probably be staying in Boston as i will be going with the wife to visit the kids.I will shoot down for plugfest and go back up for the rest of the weekend.  |

My wife booked a room a few weeks back, I'll have to call her and ask her what he name is.. I know it is 5 minutes or so from where plug fest is..

The Knight's Inn across the bridge in Bourne has rooms that are reasonable, and, it's close to destination Plug Fest.
