alright, here comes the stupid question...why is this a good thing? I know liscense fees often go to help manage fish and game...is that why people are for it?
I am from MA. I want to be able to fish in both MA & RI.
1.) Register with Fed's (which I have done)...FREE
2.) 2011 I will have to buy MA Saltwater Fishing License.
3.) 2011 I will have to buy a RI license as well?
