I like your thought process. For now I am having a glass of wine on weekends. I am down 16 and seemed to have survived the holidays.
I feel much better, less carbs is important for me.

I don't think I have a scale! I started walking Saturday. Instead of driving 2 minutes to the ATM and blockbuster I took a nice walk. I did manage to even pick up a 6 pack of beer on the way home too! I probably should have cut that out but hey baby steps is the key. Should I weigh in at Belsans?

At least I know that scale can handle me. Any official weigh in stations on the South Shore?
