The screw eyes hold up great, during testing my buddy landed a 26.74 lb striper. No zip zap glue or anything. They cant be pulled out. Hopefully a few bigger fish will confirm this.

I've been throwing them on a Airwave 11 ft rod rated 4 to 10 and a Trophy 12 ft rod rated 3 to 7.

I actually think these float better than wood and more consistently. No worries about them not being sealed or anything either.

Nice looking plugs whether wood or not. I like the crackle paint job but my shoulders get sore just lookng at something heavier then 3.5oz. It sounds like you have the gear to throw them and hopefully you'll land a big one sometime soon. At least you know you won't be undergeared. Good luck with those...mm

WOW I did not know it would float...WAY cool!
