We don't burn spots , especially when they are active. In Janaury you might let it go but now a spit burn could add 20 guys to the already rediculously large crod. Bottom line , spot burning loses access. I have heard all kinds of reasons why people justify burning spots. I don't fish there anymore , it a schoolie spot , everyone knows that spot , its a state fishing spot , I can do what I want , etc etc.
Site policy is no spot burning. I don't care about reasons why you think its OK. Until the site policy changes , needless spot burning will be edited out.

What he said. So please all take a step back from the nasty grams, do the group hug, etc...
Personally, my take is we need to do what we can to keep access open. All access is precious. Schoolies or not.
And as mentioned above, it is hard to blame some residents when it comes to the trash and mess some people leave around there....

i think it will be soon known
by all
that the number of people fishing
at any given spot may double
or at least increase by 50%
with the number of people
out of work
