those tiny heavy ones will sink, won't they? (I guess the current will keep em up though).

Since there is more weight in the tail than head, they sink tail down like a needle so when you start your retrieve they plane back to the surface. From what I've seen in the canal, reaching the fish and keeping the plug gently working on top is all it takes to get a hit.....these hopefully will accomplish that. Anywhere else I think they would be useless.
