BigFish BigFish Bait Co. iTrader: (1) Join Date: Apr 2003 Location: Hanover Posts: 23,392	The gill plates are as simple as it gets......I made a jig for my bandsaw, positioned the angle I wanted them to be, choose where on the plug you want them exactly and just a quick cut on each side! Set your jig up so it positions itself identically on both sides! Then just a little sanding and Bob's your Uncle! I like a little realism on my plugs.....been batting this simple idea around for awhile now! Attached Thumbnails
