I am a commercial landlord because of this I end up suing some stiff on small claims court now and then. Over the years it has been amazing change in the make up of the cases. A few years ago it was mostly small business disputes, customers not paying for jobs. Now it is scumbag ambulance chasers that have purchased bad credit card debt for pennies on the dollar. They sit there and get judgement after judgement as the cardholders never seem to show up. I counted one scum bag last week had over 50 people. This crap is clogging up the courts. I asked the guy if this was the dream job he wanted as he went through law school. Told me to %$%$%$%$ off. hahahahahah true story
