I've called CrapitalOne about a dozen times asking them to take me off their list. Told them at one point that I was considering getting a card from them (and I was) but the blatant harassment made me wonder - if this is how they treat people they're trying to acquire, how poorly do they treat their customers.

Bank of America was changing my due date and the address/state of where the payments went. They did this at least 5 times.
