another day down.
Jeeze first thing I think of when I get stressed out is "gimmie a friggin cigarette"  so the habit and the desire is still strong. |

Yea ,,, Because thats the way you been dealing with stress the last how ever many years you been smoking . Actually Smoking a butt will make stress worse. Try replacing that habit with another .. Try to fart . Quitting smoking you have to deal with these things all the way down the line . Thats why I think its the hardest, but most rewarding thing I've ever done .. Wish I never started . |
