I don't have a problem with one at each end of 95 like other states.. (Drive from RI south to NC and see how many tolls you hit)

A toll booth at the EP/Seekonk line---can you see 195 backed up all the way to Swansea?

95 in westerly?
Maybe...
less commuters, mainly tourists and travellers...
less of an issue there IMHO.

Not in favor though overall, just RI being RI...
