Hey Larry, I grew up in Manhattan, and was privledged to see the parade first hand. It was a BLAST. There were so many ballons over the years. I remember Popeye the best.

Did you see Andy Williams??? Talk about pathetic!! Lip syncing "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"??? That track is about 60 years old.......sure was bad!

Everyone lip-syncing to their latest (or only hit - hint/Rick Astley) or following every float with " and their new movie will be out this...." was pathetic. The only this as pathetic, if not more, was watching the Lions game.

On the plus side, we have plenty of leftovers to tide me over the weekend.
