Last items - I've got a second wind going on after a coffee but it's not gonna last long

Some SF Denton fish prints framed - these are not repros, they're original chromolithographs from the late 1800's. Yeah, you can find them cheaper on Fleabay without the mat and frame but rarely in this condition.

They're also French matted which really sets them off - an example is below but the marbelized liner is not as broad on the mat as it looks in the illustration - it's just 1/8" around the print.

I collect them, we have them in our living room, dining room and kitchen too -

These are framed in walnut burl, example below - finished size is 12x16"

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.

These are the framed Dentons, the tautog - tittog or blackfish depending on which side of the border you're on - and the weakie -

These are as good as they get in terms of condition -

They were $225 plus tax, now $150 each

And that's it for me - 'night now
