Jimmy, is that the place across from the DMV in Woonsocket? I haven't been down that way since I moved back to Ma from RI.

I had picked up tickets for the "Walking with Dinosaurs" show at the Garden this past summer as well as tickets for a Celtics preseason game.
If you buy online, they nail you for "courtesy charges" and "fees", but if you go to the box office you will only pay face value.

Granted, you may not get the seats you saw online, but you won't get screwed with service fees.
