Don't see why not. If you search you will see we have done this kind of thread several times over the years, but mostly in the Scuppers and mostly during the winter time. I am all for it. We could trade, burn stuff for each other. We could have an artist for the week and then get everyones input on it. Everyone would get an opportunity to suggest an artist. God knows everyone here has got an opinion on most anything so I am sure it would not be boring

Some for you guys... my background is mostly jam band-ish but I really listen to everything. I have 100's of hours of Phish and dead legs and can reccommend shows to DL (free and legal) to anyone who asks.

accoustic, laid back, chill singer songwriter stuff

M. Ward- Eerie, great accoustic stuff. Can't go wrong with any of his albums but "Transfiguration of Vincent" and "Transitor Radio" are my two favorites.

Sun Kil Moon- "Ghosts of the Great Highway" really awesome Cd

Some 70's fusion Jazz

Passport- Looking Thru - great upbeat, not too flightly jazz/rock

90's really fun funky Jazz

Karl Denson- Dance lesson #1

Phish related, but not Phish

Trey Anastasio (solo)- Self titled solo album- Rippin guitars, carribean beats, really, really upbeat rockin fun album.

Rock

The New My Morning Jacket album, and most of there other stuff is pretty rockin southern-esque style rock... although the new album is really awesome, it doens't sound much like there other stuff... very diverse...
