Not that 44 is old, but if you were to stack her up against most 40 something women she'd be in the top 5%. Compared to politicos she's in the top 1%.
I'd vote hot, and the fact that she's not a priss makes her even hotter.

And edge of wilderness? In Fairbanks you have moose wandering around downtown. Alaska IS the wilderness.
