Another friend was drivign cross country and she got caught stopping in the middle of arizona at one of those you should have stopped 60 miles ago gas stations she paid 5$+ per gallon, and if you dont get it there you're not making it out of the dessert....

i used to hate those signs that said... 200 or so miles to the next service area or whatever they say.. they make you panic stricken so i began carrying gas cans after that... saying for the peace of mind it was worth it...

Won't change fishing patterns. Just have to suck it up, hell, I drive one way to fish anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hours anyway, at that point does it really matter? My kids love bread sandwiches...
