Here comes another one ! Everyone weigh in tomorrow ! Come on guys it's for our own good lets try and get some motivation in here and not everyone give up the last leg of the race.It's getting harder for me too take any more off at this point but this thread is hiding lately also.I personally need some more motivation as I been slipping lately.

Today I took my first Chantix pill.A new fangled drug tha is supposed to block the nicotene receptors in my brain.
They should have something like that for the submit reply button...
Next Saturday is my girls brithday thats when we both quit..

I've lost 10 maybe 12 lbs. .. eating light and doing (sweat like a pig) cardio at least 5 times a week for 30 min. ,,plus yoga twice a week .. I feel really good .. balance is 100 % better.. just thought I would have lost more weight ..

Cigs are tuff to kick .I did about 3 yrs back.Smoked for more than half my life.Less bronchitis/sinus infections .I quit because I was wasting too much $$ on the damn things.I couldn't see paying the high price for them.If you add up the price of 2 packs a day for a year you easily got a new VS,waders,plugs and gas money with some left over for food on the way !

2 x 6 dollars a pack = 12 x 30 days per month = 360 x 12 months a year = 4320 dollars a year..I do at least 2 packs a day, more when I fish.I started taking the drug Chantrix last sat this sat. is my quitting date.So far with my will power I am almost down to a pack a day.
